Also mobilisations techniques required to ensure that the foot is functioning correctly as a complete unit in accordance with its design. It will then hold for many years to come.

The technique that is learnt by participants allows an average of 70% success straight away with a majority of foot issues.

During the 4 days a lovely morning/evening walk to ground, anchor and breathe is recommended.
